Homely Private Suite offers a delightful, well-lit space with homely vibes. It includes parking for one car, super-fast Wi-Fi, a private WC, and a kitchenette. The studio features French doors opening to a courtyard garden. Self-check-in is available, and we’re nearby if assistance is required. Enquire about extended stays; we might be able to accommodate!

Nearby conveniences include a Co-op just a few minutes’ walk away. The location provides easy access to 2 Severn bridges, making it a convenient 10-15 minute drive to England, perfect for reaching Chepstow, Newport, Avonmouth, Magor, and Bristol. The rail station is a mere 5-minute walk. Broomes’ Event Centre, a favourite escape, is just a 5-minute drive away. Please note, smoking is strictly prohibited.

The space

Enjoy the convenience of a private kitchenette* nestled within the open-plan living and bed area. The space features a private en-suite with a high-quality Mira shower. You can unwind with the Smart TV, offering access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and more. Stay connected with Wi-Fi access during your stay.

The sleeping area is furnished with allergy-free duvets and pillows for your comfort, along with a cosy mattress. For added functionality, there’s a handy breakfast bar/desk area equipped with two bar stools, and complimentary coffee is provided.

Guest access

Convenient parking for one vehicle is available if required. Enjoy the freedom of your own key code access, granting entry to your private space with a separate entrance. Your accommodation includes a private bed/living area, a designated outdoor seating area, and an exclusive wash facility for your personal use.

Other things to note

*There is a mini fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave & crockery so reheating meals, eating takeaways or preparing simple salads/cold food/breakfasts is possible. Please note, there is no cooker/oven or sink so isn’t suitable for cooking meals/washing up.

Strictly no smoking or vaping in or around the property. Please check if you are booking on behalf of someone else, that they are non smokers!
